Last updated: 16 June 2026. By creating an account or using LearnPlay, you agree to these terms. A parent or guardian must agree on behalf of any child who uses the service.
1. The service
LearnPlay provides educational games for children. We offer a free, ad‑supported tier and an optional paid Premium plan. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
2. Accounts
Parents are responsible for their account, their password, and the child profiles and PINs they create. Keep your credentials private. You must provide accurate information and a valid email you control.
3. Acceptable use
Use LearnPlay for its intended educational purpose. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, abuse, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users. There is no chat or user‑generated content; multiplayer is gameplay only.
4. Premium & billing
- Premium is available as a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one‑time lifetime purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal in your Parent Dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before purchase. Taxes may apply.
- Except where required by law, payments are non‑refundable. Lifetime grants access for the lifetime of the service.
5. Free tier & ads
The free tier limits daily play per game and may show family‑friendly ads. These limits and ad placements can change. Premium removes ads and play limits.
6. Availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error‑free. We may perform maintenance or suspend the service when necessary.
7. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. The "last updated" date reflects the current version.
